Job Seeker: Offers

Within Unify employers have the option to extend job offers. This guide walks you through the offer process within Unify.

You can use Unify's offers feature on the website or via the smartphone app. Below are instructions for the website and mobile.

Website

  1. If an employer decides to offer you the job, it will appear in the “Offers” tab at the top of the Jobs page. This page lists your job offer details.
  2. To review the details of a job offer, click on the title of the job. A new page will open with the details of the job. On the left side of this page is the “Offer Details” block. This is where you can see a message from the employer as well as other attached documents related to your offer. You can click on each of these documents to view them.
  3. At this point you can choose to accept or decline the offer by clicking on the “Accept” or “Decline” buttons in the “Offer Details” block. If you would like, you can send a message to the employer by clicking the Message tab on the menu on the left side of the screen.

Mobile

  1. Following an interview, if an employer decides to offer you the job, it will appear in the “My Offers” section of the Jobs page. The offers page lists your available job offers.
  2. To review the details of a job offer, tap on the offer. This is where you can see a message from the employer as well as other attached documents related to your offer. You can tap on each of these documents to view them.
  3. At this point you can choose to accept or decline the offer by tapping on the “Accept” or “Decline” buttons at the bottom of the offer details screen. If you would like, you can send a message to the employer by tapping on the Message tab on the bottom navigation bar.
