Employer: Send a Message

Below are instructions for how you can send a message.


  1. If you have questions or information for a candidate, you can directly message them within the website. Click on the “Message” tab on the far left side of the page. A new page will open called “Messages.” Here you can see any messages that you have received.
  2. To start a new message, click on “+ Compose” in the upper right. Select the candidate you want to send a message to. Only candidates that have applied to will appear here.
  3. Enter the subject of your message and the message copy, upload any additional documents, and click “Send” to send the message to the candidate.
