Instead, job seekers are matched to jobs across many dimensions and you can manually or automatically invite them to apply to your job based on your requirements. Unify Jobs matches the abilities and likes of the candidate to each job posting. This provides a broader picture of candidates and removes much of the bias hidden in resumes and job descriptions. The name, age, race, gender, and other features of candidates are hidden. Invited applicants can apply to your job within the app or directly on your existing career website.

First, Unify Jobs masks candidate features during the hiring process. This helps to remove bias. Second, Unify Jobs has detailed reporting before and after posting a job. These reports show diversity of candidates and the communities you serve. This shows the impact of your job requirements on diversity and equity.

Unify Jobs is a new approach to hiring and is focused on reducing as much friction between the job seeker and the employer as possible. As such, Unify Jobs does not need to integrate or replace your existing HR systems for you to use it. Unify Jobs can automatically ingest the jobs posted on your career site and then match, invite, screen, and redirect qualified candidates back to your HR system.
