And you may not realize all the skills and abilities you have to bring to a job, we identify that so you can be fairly considered for a new opportunity. All you have to do is create your profile and click to apply to as many jobs as you want. No resumes. No endless, confusing job applications. Unify Jobs matches and invites you to jobs and careers based on your interests, abilities, and employer search criteria. And your profile opens access to support, new skills, and connections just for you. All within one app. You control the information in your profile. You can delete it at any time.
Your identity is hidden from employers within Unify Jobs. When you apply for a job inside the app, employers will only see your experiences, abilities and interests. Your name, age, race, gender, and other features are not shown. We only reveal your name to the employer later in the hiring process.
There is a lot more to a job than a resume and job application. Unify Jobs asks questions to better know you. Knowing more about your experiences, abilities, and interests means better and different jobs. Unify Jobs shows you the jobs you qualify for and will like.

The name, age, race, gender, and other features of candidates are hidden. Invited applicants can apply to your job within the app or directly on your existing career website.
